KILEWS POWER TORQUE series are categorized in different Models

• SKD – RBK series 

Whole power torque series uses a high-performance low noise patented brushless motor which is efficient for high torque products.

SKD – RBK series torque range can go up to 2 – 50 Nm which can be used for assembling large scale workpieces in semi-automatic or fully automatic assembly lines.

• SKD – TBN(K) series

TBN(K) series also uses the same high-performance low noise motor for its operation.

SKD – TBN(K) series torque can go up to 0.3 – 18 Nm which can be used to assemble large-size LCD panel and home appliances.

• SKD – BN900 series

BN900 series also uses the same high performing brushless DC motor.

SKD – BN900 series torque range can reach up to 2 – 12Nm.

The main reason behind the KILEWS screwdriver torque range of 50 Nm and other conventional screwdriver range of 12Nm in clutch-type due to the two main primary reasons: - 

1. KILEWS power torque screwdrivers use a high performing DC brushless motor which gives more output power than the normal conventional DC motor.

2. KILEWS screwdrivers have a special patented gear and clutch mechanism which gives superb efficient torque output. KILEWS clutch mechanism also uses special material springs for a clutch and a special mixture of oil and grease which ensures a long and efficient run of the clutch mechanism.
