These are also able to prevent errors from the double hit, tightening number of the screw, and tightening time. With various I/O, the controller can be connected to your PLC and integrated with your automation equipment. The counter controller is Compatible with PLC-based process control system and accurate counting on screw fastening. Auto leaning function built-in could judge the simplest setting value. And also this counter is able to set running speed & timing by Slow-Start function. Enhances the auto-identified screw fastening time mode, allows the user to aim at simulating the duration of specific screw fastening.

Lock key is very beneficial in KILEWS counter controller SKP-BC40HL; with the help of this lock, key user can lock all switches of the front panel. After setting the parameters in SKP-BC40HL lock the controller, then operator, or any other person not able to change the parameters of the controller, after unlocking the controller, you can change the settings. 

If a line operator does change the parameters and production (tightening) continue in this wrong setting, the controller not able to detect the NG so wrong tightening may be done. If the controller is locked with the help of this locking key no one can change the parameter before unlocking the controller with the same key.
